OLD J DARK

Old J Dark Spiced submerges our aged Gold Rum into aphotic depths, creating a tempestuous flavour that can rock the boat or calm the waters. Using the same pot-still, this pure, premium rum is crafted in the British Virgin Islands; aged in oak barrels between 12 and 24 months.

With this process in mind, we have emphasised Old J’s tradition of bold, innovative flavours into a classic rum. With prominent notes of salted caramel, toffee and spices – it is a dark and moody rum, whilst maintaining a splash of Admiral Vernon’s trademark vanilla and Persian lime.

DETAILS & RECOMMENDED SERVE

APPEARANCE:

Chocolately, almost opaque.

AROMA:

Rich and full; sweet lime, vanilla, fudge and toffee with cinnamon, nutmeg and notes of clove.

TASTE:

Buttery toffee popcorn and cinnamon spice. Lingers of burnt toffee spice black pepper, star anise with vanilla, with hints of brown salted caramel lingering.
